Great experience! Techs and Dr were both great with my puppies. They helped me to be cost effective and didn't try to price gouge me. I appreciate that!

I would highly recommend Big Thicket Veterinary clinic and have to many folks. These folks really care about your pet and it shows in their care and attention to details.. Our Boots was suffering from bladder crystals and was in tremendous pain. The Dr's took really great care of him. Although this could reoccur they gave us all the info we needed to prevent the crystals from coming back. It's been a couple of months and he is still doing really well. Thank God.. I really like these folks and will be going back for regular care of our 9 cats and 3 dogs.. Thank you guys....

Such a fantastic staff ! We currently have a pregnant dog Tada and as a 1st time dog grandma I have been very excited and nervous, they have really walked me thru what to expect and how to care for mom and puppies when there born . Very warm , welcoming and professional vet ! Fee more days and puppies should be born . Thank u all for all you do !

I’ve been a client at Big Thicket Vet for years with multiple pets, but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. During my appointment, I could clearly hear a vet tech speaking negatively about me in the back. I brought it to her attention and received no apology. I also informed the front desk staff, expecting that someone from management would follow up with me but no one ever did. The next day I received a quote for my dog’s surgery. After explaining the situation and letting them know I would not be returning, I requested my pets’ medical records. The records were sent in a blank email with no communication. As a long time client, I expected better professionalism and at least a follow up regarding the issue. I do not feel valued as a customer, which is very disappo
