Big Sky Dog Wash

I’d give this thing zero stars if I could. Didn’t think I needed to read the reviews for a self-serve dog wash. Wish I had, so I didn’t waste my money. I’m not even going to go in depth. Spend the $20 somewhere else like Petco or Dog-O-Gee that has self-serve stations that are actually stocked with supplies, have airflow going through the room, and you are not limited to 20 minutes to wash your dog.

Big Sky dog wash has changed, which is unfortunate. The most recent visit was disappointing. At $25 for 20 minutes of water, the service is no longer a great value, especially for a small dog. The water was too hot, and there was no way to control the temperature. It is now more economical to use a professional groomer.

Went to use it cost $20 to even get in the building, then there was no soap no conditioner no flea and tick and no disinfectant to make everything work so either they haven’t filled everything correctly or this is standard practice. I’ve had better experiences over at poly food basket And I don’t feel like I’m getting screwed. There was no way to get my money back and I’ve tried everything I can to do so, so wash at your own discretion.

No soap and no water pressure. Paid $20 for a garden hose wash I could have done at home. No number to call for refund. Don't recommend. The one on Poly worked well. Consider going there instead.

What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for a 20 min wash no matter what. I was done in 8 mins. Its not like the technology doesn't exist to stop the timer. Yall are actual idiots setting it up like this, because you may trick a few People the first time the come in, but who's gonna come back to pay for a 20 min service that takes 5-10 mins? Im not surprised they don't answer the phone either because I'm sure every single customer has the same anger I do
