Thank you so much for providing Ariel with SAFE and comfortable boarding. We have always been anxious about boarding her, and we have been so impressed by your amazing and reliable family owned kennel. Big Oaks is always thorough, flexible, and accommodating to our dog’s special needs. We rest easy while we are out of town knowing our beloved dog is in good hands. We travel a lot, and our schedule is constantly changing. Usually this would be a disaster for boarding but they always go above and beyond to be there for us, and our dog. We’ve had last minute flight changes multiple times now and they have taken her in early and kept her late, assuring us that she will be safe and cared for and causing us no additional stress while dealing with flight cancellations and other stressful life eve

I always bring my dog here when I’m visiting the Austin area and they take such great care of her! I always worry when I have to board her because she’s a bit of an escape artist and gets extremely anxious when she is away from home. I can't say enough good things about this dog boarding facility! I have three very energetic German Shorthaired Pointers and a little Chihuahua mix, and they absolutely love staying here. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, but I have to give special kudos to the kennel manager, Rachael. She is a true professional and has such a special way with all the dogs. It’s obvious she really cares about the pets she looks after. My GSPs are a handful, always full of energy, and one of my them has severe anxiety. I’ve always been worried about how he’d do in a boarding situation, but Rachael and her team are incredible with him.
