The self wash said it was charging me $4 and it does a $3 deposit (at the most should of been $7) and then charged my card $15...Stay away from this rat business

second time I've noticed that I'm charged 12.00 or 15.00 for a four minute car wash. Cost is not posted, but if you use a card and hit the red stop button when done, you will be charged a hefty fee. Just a heads up! I tried to call the support number and no anwer. It's off my list for now. I welcome a communication from the owner.

The brush was so worn out it was almost comical! Not maintained, just drive to Eagle. I moved my review of 1 star up to 4 because I gave this place another chance and found it had improved. Brush was fairly new and there was actually enough soap dispensed. Pressure wash was powerful. Wheel cleaner was plentiful. Maybe the management listened.

If you guys are going to charge people to use the car wash, make sure it's all working. I just put my card in just to realize EVERYTHING IS BROKEN. What's the point in a car wash if the only thing that works is the water. Waste of time, waste of money, DONT COME HERE, this isn't the first time either. I've been told I would get a free wash for the other times and nothing has ever been done. Go to the wash by the interstate, it's better and ACTUALLY WORKS.

For two weeks I stood in line to wash my car and last week, the credit card machine was broken and no change. This week, I wait in line, put 5 dollars in the change machine, nothing comes out. Call the company, he seemed really nice on the phone, apologized, and asked if he could call me when he got to Eagle from Avon and I would then meet him at the car wash, I said sure. No phone call, no text. What kind of customer service is this. Yes, it was only 5 dollars but still, I could have used that money to buy girl scout cookies. Sorry but I think anyone that lives around here should know!
