Everyone is so kind! Marilyn walked me through everything and provided me a sense of peace before even scheduling the appointment. I had called several other veterinarians and no one would give me any sort of information other than here is the price to be seen and we can go from there. I had no idea what to expect or at least a glimpse of what to expect. I am so thankful for the time spent to reduce the anxieties. And am happy to drive the extra 40 mins knowing my cat will be in great hands and under excellent care. Oh, and my Charlie really appreciated the snacks.

Our experience here resulted in medical negligence and the critical decline of our healthy 5 year old cat. We brought her in for facial swelling and lethargy. She was diagnosed with anemia (cause supposedly unknown) and we were given immune suppressing drugs. Subsequent bloodwork follow-ups showed a continue decline in RBCs and another immune suppressant was given, which resulted in a rapid decline. Our sweet girl was dying and they couldn't give me a clear answer as to why this was happening. I took her to another hospital where a simple blood draw and quick inspection under a microscope showed a parasite attacking her red blood cells. She needed antibiotics. The top tier care they provide and the transparency in services. They definitely do care and go above and beyond and explain everything until (you) understand. Very warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommend. I wish I knew about them first before my other vet clinic. Doesn’t matter I am here now and very happy to be with them. Eddie and my toddler are best friends so it means even more to me what they do and how much they care.

My dog had her checkup shots and teeth cleaned. She required 2 teeth to be extracted. The doctor called twice during the procedure to inform me of her progress and to get my permission. They truly care about animals. My dog was fine afterwards and they also followed up the next day to check on her. She's been seeing Dr. MOSSER and the other vets in the practice for 4 years.

Big Creek Veterinary has the most incredible team of veterinarians I've ever encountered. Their compassion and genuine care for animals shine through in everything they do. We faced a truly scary situation when we brought our dog in; she was in very poor health, and we even had to have the difficult conversation about potentially putting her down. But this office, without a doubt, saved her life. She's now doing absolutely amazing and is back to being the happy, normal dog we know and love. We are profoundly grateful for their dedication and skill. It's truly special to see how much our dog loves and trusts every single person who works there.
