Stella has been going to Big Creek since she was a baby. They are remarkable. They are kind, compassionate, and they love Stella. They took care of Stella for a long period of time. They sent me pics of her and Stella was so happy and she was groomed and looked great and that put my mind at ease. I cannot express how great that team is. Many thanks to this very special team ❤️

I take my dog here regularly for a bath and anal gland expression which also includes a nail trim. Several times they expressed the anal glands after the bath. One time they forgot the expression and had me come back to do them. This time they forgot to do the nail trim and I had to go back. The kicker was discovering a new charge for waste disposal. That’s right it’s $40 for expression and another $10 for the disposal. The entire bath (no grooming), anal gland expression, and nail trim is $92 every time. I asked to be compensated for the nail trim since I had to go back and the response was “no, but today is complimentary.” My dog HATES going to the vet and finds it absolutely traumatizing. To have to go back to finish a treatment I already paid for and not be compensated is UNACCEPTABLE

Big Creek has been absolutely amazing to work with through the years! All of the doctors and staff are willing to go the extra mile to provide the best care for all of our dogs. They listen thoroughly to all concerns and provide top-notch, compassionate care for every paw that walks in the door! Scheduling is easy with the front desk, techs get the dogs back quickly, and the doctors are fully engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of every animal under their care. They are an amazing team!!

We have been going to Big Creek Animal hospital for 3 years now for both our corgis and could not ask for better doctors or vets. Dr Pollard and Dr Patel are so great with our dogs and readily answer any questions or concerns we have quickly. The vet techs and staff are also so sweet when we talk to them and always love on our pups as soon as we walk in. Cannot recommend Big Creek Animal Hospital enough!
