Your Open house 5-year Anniversary on Oct 25th, 2025, was well planned and a big hit. I entered your dog costume contest with my 7-month-old Papillon "Jasmine" as a newly hatched Golden Baby Dragon" and she received a wonderful first place basket full of goodies. We enjoyed touring your facility, meeting the doc's and wonderful staff. Information on the clinic, its mobile vet vehicle, and other services was given by very knowledgeable personnel. The event even had a dunking booth and a BBQ Food truck and raffle prizes, A great time for all. I'll definitely be contacting you for any future needs my pets may need.

Big bear spayed my six month old puppy. It’s now less than 48 hours later and we wouldn’t even know she’d been in surgery. They let us wait and take her home as soon as she came too, which I really appreciated. She has separation anxiety, and I didn’t want to leave her All day. All the staff are very accommodating, and the incision looks almost healed already. I will only recommend big bear going forward. They really do care about the animals and their welfare. A big thank you to all the staff. They were also the Most cost-effective. The aftercare was also exemplary.

The whole staff was very understanding and very nice. We brought in our almost 15 year old dog who had several seizures. They helped us with the tough decision and gave us all the time and info we needed. I cannot say enough how great the whole staff was. From the first call till the end. Thank you for all your help.

I cannot praise Big Bear veterinary clinic enough! I wish I can give them more stars than just five! They were amazing with our very very stubborn great Pyrenees dog, Rocky! No other veterinary clinic around could do everything that they did with making sure he was getting all the shots and taking care of his overgrown dew claws despite how much he showed his frustration of being there. Everyone needs to bring their fur babies here!!

I was desperate to talk to a vet in this snowstorm about some very concerning issues my baby love pup was having, and Dr.Lawlor was so incredibly kind, listened to symptoms we were seeing, then thoroughly discussed what to watch for and what to do in meantime since roads are so bad and I cannot get to her office. And to top it off, her clinic isn't our vet but I now will happily drive an hour to see her going forward just for this type of care and compassion!
