Bideawee Pet Adoption Center

We’ve adopted a wonderful puppy from bideawee which lead to my daughter and I volunteering because we wanted to give back. They’re an extremely clean and well run facility. Volunteering is very rewarding and the staff is supportive and thankful for our help. Also the puppy we adopted at 2 months old is now almost 3 yrs old and the love of our lives and couldn’t have asked for a healthier pup!

I’ve been volunteering at the Westhampton Bideawee Animal Shelter for seven years now. Bideawee is a nice place to help care for those unfortunate animals that weren’t so lucky to have a loving forever home. The Bideawee staff is caring and are always striving to place our cats and dogs in a loving environment. Bideawee is very successful in finding these babies their forever families and I’m proud to be part of that heartwarming event. It’s a great feeling to know that I help these creatures learn to trust and love again. 🐾

We adopted our beautiful yellow lab mix from BideAWee 9 years ago and recently adopted a sweet little mixed breed puppy. Terry was wonderful about setting up the “meet and great” and there was also a trainer on hand to insure the two dogs got along well. The adoption center is clean and inviting along with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I'd give zero stars if possible. I adopted a great little puppy. I was disappointed in the vetting process (too quick, not at all thorough). Was given a few pages of info on her. I made an appointment to bring her to my own veterinarian because no one could tell me when she was due for her next shots. Nobody knew what flea and tick meds she was on. Everyone was confused as to where she was from, and no one could agree on what breed or approximate age she was. I took her home and she did great. Looked happy! Next day things took turn for the worse and I called Bideawee to discuss what to do and all they could say was it was normal behavior, and to return the puppy to them. I already invested in this puppy; however, they had no interest in assisting us. So, I bring the puppy in to
