My experience was disappointing and hurtful..the owner does a great job at in home grooming..... HOWEVER we had an agreement for her to board my dog for 3 weeks while recovering from surgery..I paid for two weeks and two days before picking up my (Katie) dog..she sent me a TEXT saying she couldn't find her! I tried reaching out several times with little to no contact. I 💔 found out she had lost my dog two weeks prior and had excepted payment twice before notifying me. She was an emotional support dog and SHOULD have been kept indoors but she said she left her outside the home and was gone most of the day!
If I could give her zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst feeling in the world. Knowing you left you baby (fur) with someone who was careless and decided not to take care of them. Our family fur baby Katie was lost, not as a result of natural causes or an accident, it was due to the negligence of this groomer. How do you lose an animal that should have been house kept. Do not take your pets here!
