BG Exotics

Ben & Ethan really have something special here! When we stopped in to look around the first time we ended up staying for probably close to an hour talking about all of our reptiles, amphibians and arachnids! Even though we didn’t buy that day they treated us like we have been clients/friends for years! The only bad thing I can say about BG was that next time we came in I knew we were going to make our paycheck disappear😅 all that being said, we are now proud owners of Soba the Hognose, Jasper the jumper and Squash the Apricot Milk! Thanks again and we WILL be back every time we are in the area! 100/10 recommend!! Best, Shawn

If I could give 10 stars I would, not only are you supporting a local business but someone who clearly loves the field and the critters! The animals well cared for, the new arrival's always changing and great feeder options - every time I go I consider bringing home a new friend! We need more shops like this! If you love/have any exotic critters and haven't already I highly recommend checking out and supporting!

Small, locally owned reptile, arachnid and amphibian pet store. Fairly limited selection but the owner who also works the store is very friendly and helpful. He's an enthusiast who is eager to help you pick out the best animal for you. If you're looking for an exotic pet you can't go wrong at BG Exotics.

Excellent reptile store, with associated supplies. Good live bait option for crickets & mealworms. Not a bait store exactly, but they have these in stock.

First off I would like to say what a friendly and welcoming group that owns this store. All the animals and their terrariums appear very clean and healthy. The shop's selection goes from lizards, snakes, frogs, geckos, tarantulas, and much more. There is a nice young man who is very knowledgeable of all the animals they keep and is very gentle with these critters. Prices are reasonable and some animals are NFS but still very interesting to check out. Both instances that my family and I visited we had a great time. I can't wait to see how BG Exotics grows by the next time I swing by. Definitely a gem of this town, must visit!
