BFF Dog Grooming and Boarding

I gave 5 stars to BFF Dog Grooming and Boarding because my fur baby Duke doesn’t like his face or his front paws touched and because of this he’s never gotten a really good cut. I really appreciate that they had patience with him and did the best they could. I drove 45 minutes out of my way and will continue to do so. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was I think they forgot to blow him off so when he got in my vehicle little hairs were everywhere. I’m still 100% satisfied and would recommend BFF Dog Grooming to anyone. I loved their prices too.Here is a before and after of Duke.

A little out of the way for me, but they are worth the drive. Reasonable priced, nice people. Coco looked, smelled, and felt so clean and soft. Will make an effort to take her more often now that there is a better alternative.

We’ve taken my dog to BFF twice, the first time was great we made an appointment picked him up etc but the second time it took close to a month to even be able to make an appointment because they didn’t answer their phone or messages. When we were finally able to get him an appointment we went to pick him up and they had lost his collar, which okay fine not a big deal call us when you find it, after about a week of nothing from them about if they had found it I’ve tried to call about 5 times, it goes to voicemail every time. I would never take our dog back. Update: I only just now noticed but they left my dogs tail completely matted and he’s been chewing at it because it’s bothering him. I’m just incredibly disappointed. My fiancé dropped our little Shih tzu off to get groomed today on 6/16/25 at 2pm. He was told that he would receive a call once her appointment was done. At 5:30 he had to drive down there (30 minutes past there posted closing time) after he had called MULTIPLE TIMES to ask if she was done. When he got there our little girl was cut DEEPLY on the center of her neck, crying to the point she was basically screaming, bit an employee out of fear (she’s never offered to bite anyone in her 11 years of life unless she felt provoked), and she was panting and huffing. They had said she was being difficult and that was the reason for the cut. We have taken her to SEVERAL groomers in the past (switched to here due to prices but clearly you get what you pay for here!) and all have bragged about how wel

After needing to find a new groomer due to her passing away, I was told about this place. Long story short, they were amazing! I was more than pleased with the job they did on my Yorkie! I will continue to do business with them!
