Phenomenal service and excellent care. We're visiting from our of town and ended up with a bath emergency. Ken got us booked immediately and took wonderful care of our boy. He went in smelling foul and came out smelling fresh with beautiful nails and perfect ears. I highly recommend them. Ken was especially helpful, however, every staff member exceeded expectations. We are incredibly lucky to have found them.

I meant to put a review a couple of months ago and never got around to it. This groomer is AMAZING. So so so kind and they genuinely love animals. I got my dog from an animal shelter and he was severely matted. I brought him in thinking I had done it. I called and they told me to come in the same day so they can see how bad it was. They said they’d do everything in their power not to shave him because it’s terrible for their coats. I called the animal shelter and they said they’d shave him for no charge but it wouldn’t be pretty. I brought him in and they informed me there was no way I could’ve done that much damage in two weeks. They felt sorry for my dog because the matting was so bad. Peggy did a awesome job with coco.this puppy is a nitemare when it comes to a bath or blow dryer and clippers. Took the chance that she would only get a bath. I finally after 3 months i can see my puppies face my experience there has allways been to my expectations. My girlfriend just had her cat here, they were supposed to cut/trim the fur on the back of the legs and butt area , as well as trim the long hair from his feet. He is a long hair cat. After paying the 65.00 for the grooming service and taking him home it became very clear they never touched him ! 2 hrs they had him and zero fur was trimmed from his feet and nothing had been removed from his back side or legs. I just finished brushing him, this wasn't an extensive brushing either. I am attaching a picture of the fur I removed. Again....they were supposed to groom him 48 hrs ago ! The service here has really changed over the last year and a half.

We have been taking our two dogs here for a bit now. Groomer was Javon whom did an amazing job every time. Dogs always looked beautiful. The dogs get groomed about every 2 to 3 months depending on length of hair. The dogs get bathed monthly by Javon. Javon always took great care of them and made them look beautiful. Javon never had any issues with the dogs. Today we go in to get our dogs after the grooming and they are completely shaved down , look horrible, act like they cant wait to get out of the place. On top of that they sent our female dog bleeding horrible all over our vehicle. This is not the first time these dogs have been in this facility so if there were issues regarding grooming our dogs that should have been brought to our attention on the other occasions we have been there.
