They helped lay our family dog of 13 years down to rest yesterday. It’s truly one of the hardest things we’ve had to do but words cannot describe how grateful we are for taking him to Betz. Everyone there was full of compassion and comfort. They made such a difficult day just a little bit softer for us. They gave us time, space, and comfort. The room was made up so comfortable for our Hercules and laid him on a soft dog bed, they were gentle and kind to him, and walked us through each step. No one wants to take their beloved pet to a cold, stark white clinic and this couldn’t be more opposite of that. This was a home away from home. Honestly I’m heartbroken we’re no longer in the area to keep bringing our dogs here. We have three dogs and Betz made a stressful experience really wonderful. We enjoyed the front desk staff, technicians and doctors were interacted with. From our anxious dog just starting going to the vet to our older dog that has some more complex health issues. Not gonna lie, I just might drive 6.5 hours so my dogs can continue to be seen at this vet.

We took our dog Stella to Betz Veterinary Services for the first time, and we were so impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, thorough, and genuinely caring. We never felt pressured or upsold on anything, and the pricing was very reasonable. After past experiences elsewhere, this was such a refreshing change. The doctor and staff are amazing, and we now understand why they come so highly recommended. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate vet.

Can’t recommend Betz enough! Both my dogs have been going there for a couple of years now and I couldn’t imagine sending them elsewhere! My younger dog, Compass, is happy regardless of where he goes but my older dog, Sparrow, is another story. Since day 1 Betz has done an incredible job with Sparrow and making sure he is comfortable. He started out being an anxious mess who didn’t trust anyone there but as he kept going he started to learn how to trust them and now lets them do whatever they need to do without making a peep. He has come out of his shell and learned to trust them enough that he now will sometimes even give kisses to his favorite staff! They do everything they can to make him feel safe and he knows it. We’ve been using Betz Veterinary Services for years, and they continue to exceed our expectations. We recently brought in our new puppy for her first appointment, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The front office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the techs in the back were awesome and so gentle and sweet with our puppy, and Dr. Churchill was fantastic as always. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about their patients. We wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else.
