We had such a wonderful experience with Betty’s Dog House Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome and reassured that our pup would be well taken care of. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with dogs’ comfort and safety in mind. What really stood out was how attentive and caring the host was. They treated my dog like family, and I could tell he was happy and comfortable during his stay. I also appreciated the updates and the clear communication — it gave me so much peace of mind. We had a great experience with Betty’s House dog boarding over the Christmas holiday. Our two dogs stayed here for 8 days, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The dogs were clearly happy and comfortable the whole time. We loved getting regular photos and videos—it really helped us feel at ease while we were away. You can truly see that they care about the dogs and treat them like their own. Very reliable, caring, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely bring our dogs back again for future holidays!

Betty’s House Dog Hotel is truly a gem! I found this place accidentally on Facebook and made an appointment with Shahane, and from the very first meeting, I completely fell in love with her warm energy and the beautiful, caring space she has created for dogs. You can instantly feel that this is a place made with love, not just a business. We are beyond grateful to Shahane for the incredible care, constant updates, photos, and positive vibes she shared while watching our 2 years old golden doodle for 10 days. I can not give enough praise to this amazing doggy hotel. It came highly recommended in many groups on Facebook and after talking king to the owner I felt so at ease about leaving my fur babies for 3 nights. She was very thorough about getting all health and emergency information. The place was huge, clean, organized, with a great room set up and a huge back yard with gazebos, sand boxes and cots for the dogs. They are always being watched and loved and cared for. She kept me in the loop with plenty of pictures which only made me so happy seeing my doggies having fun. This will be my go to from now on whenever I can't take my dogs with me.
