I took my 5 month old puppy there this morning to see Alex. Before the owner Deb got there. She was kind told me she did not have very many clients so she could focus on her and she would be done in an hour and a half. I said the normal time is two and a half hours she said no problem. I showed her my shot record. I traveled an hour and a half in the worst traffic and rain. I come back in a half hour the owner is there. She acts like a completely different person. She says come back here. I go back she says her hair has mats. I brush her everyday. I do not comb her. She is very fine here she says watch she takes the metal comb and yanked it so hard. Love Betty’s! I have been going there for years!! Only taking short breaks when my pups have had surgery or one got valley fever. They are patient and kind! 3 dogs of ours have been groomed there. Boomer, our sweet Cocker mix, Roxy, a very anxious soft coated Wheaton terrier w a sensitive neck does incredible here, and a new Cockapoo puppy Charlie! They are great at the full shave, which is sometimes needed, or the fluffy puppy cut that I absolutely LOVE! All of my dogs do amazing there and are happy and gorgeous when picked up! They also keep them together as best they can. Best part they call as soon as they are finished so they don’t sit in kennels all day. Most of the time they run around together and play upon pickup. Felecia is the best at grooming and explains the type of cuts or shaves you can get for ur fur baby! We decided to get our 2 1/2 year old Aussie Maverick shaved to carry him though this heat and so he can make it through his 2 mile walks without him giving up at the 1 mile Walk! She also knows ho me to make our howler be calm and quiet! He looks awesome and she spent time to make sure to not get the shave around his private part! He looks awesome! 1 missed appointnent with 3 dogs over 5 years as a customer. This 1 appointment now has it where I have to pay before services are rendered. Bad enough when grooming you expect the nails to be cut. The last 3 visits 2 of my dogs nails were cut on 2 and 3 paws of the dogs 4 respectively

🤣🤣🤣the groomers in this place are definitely a dog best friend. My little Jack Russell Lucy love the staff. Debbie that usually work the front desk love love her 4 legged babies. I am so impressed with their professional grooming and cuddling these precious fur babies 🤗
