Better Lives Animal Hospital has been taking incredible care of my pets since 2018, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. My cat Seamus just turned 20 years old, and the team actually celebrated him with a little party! It was such a thoughtful, heartwarming gesture that shows how much they genuinely care about their patients. Seamus was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease back in 2021, and I honestly believe he’s still here today because of Dr. Ed’s attention to detail and amazing care. He takes the time to explain everything and always makes sure we have the best plan in place. Brianna, Michaela, and Danielle are all wonderful and play such an important role in caring for my cats. Just the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff. We’ve been bringing our two cats here since moving to the area a few years ago. We lost one cat a few months ago, but Dr Ed and the team were so helpful in ensuring that she had a comfortable passing. What we will most remember was how compassionate they were, how they talked us through every treatment option and how they always seemed to make the time to see our cat in those final few weeks. Losing a pet sucks, but knowing we had such a great group of caring people working with us made it that much easier.

Amazing service, and even more amazing people running it. We've had nothing but good experiences with the staff here, they've legitimately done so much for us that I don't even know where to begin. The staff are competent, Ed obviously knows his shit when it comes veterinary care. That's not too surprising though, given that he and his team have been running this pratice for such a long time. However, they're also extremely kind and friendly. They not only provide a solid service - but they provide it with a smile (as corny as that sounds). Kathleen has been nothing but friendly to us, even under tough circumstances. The pricing is another thing entirely. I am so impressed by this office. The vet is very knowledgeable and everybody in the office makes you feel like your pet's health is a priority. This is my first time as a pet owner, but this is my second vet as they were able to squeeze us in in an emergency. We ended up switching due to the amazing care my dog received. I came across them by chance. They were able to squeeze my dog in with an already full schedule. While in the office we never felt rushed and the vet and vet techs' bedside manner was superb. I would highly recommend this veterinary office to anybody needing veterinary care. Dr Decort is very knowledgeable and Kathleen at the front desk was so accommodating. We left there knowing that our dog received the best care possible and we look forward to many more years working

This office is amazing. The care and compassion they show to the pets they are treating, as well as the owners is phenomenal. The staff were friendly, and really compassionate. I brought my sisters cat here on an emergent basis when I was pet sitting, and they really helped me out. I highly recommend this office.
