I had a really great experience at Pet Planet thanks to Gracie (Grace)! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. You can tell she truly cares about both the customers and the animals. It’s not often you come across someone with such a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Because of her, my visit was easy and enjoyable. Pet Planet is lucky to have her!

Destiny and Sierra have gone above and beyond with customer service, my dog bubbles gives you 5 stars. They are the best.

Pet Planet is outstanding in every way... the staff, the pet supplies, premium food and... Elke, their groomer is the most lovely person and such a talented groomer! She is so easy to talk to and reasonably priced too. Sparkle loves her trips to Pet Planet and I do too!

Very cute niche pet food attire. Has many specialty dog and cat food options. I needed some high quality puppy food. I couldn't help but get a few thing from their great assortment of treats and bones. Which was displayed in a cute salad bar pick and go set-up. Only down side was that they don't sell any leather collars, which is one of the 2 items i went in to purchase. Great staff, young, friendly a knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when I get low on food for my lil guy,

This is the best place for pets. They offer a good selection pf healthy food and No CRAP plus they offer grooming services. You can DIY or make an appointment with their groomer. She's the BEST!
