Sirena processed my online order quick and easy. I usually order on Amazon since we moved to Arizona for our Orijen dry dog food and freeze dried treats. It was the first time shopping here and she was pleasant and courteous to work with. I love how she called to confirm I placed the order for security. Then made sure I got the right replacement with effortless recommendations. She was kind and left us a note about upcoming and current sales and more information about their point system. I was looking for a pet food place near me. I really liked the one off 67th ave and Beardsley, but sometimes it’s a drive for me. I decided to try out this place. They didn’t have the food I get for my pets, so we tried something new. They don’t offer any samples like the other store, so we bought the frozen raw similar to what I get them. I spent $200 on food, and they absolutely will not eat it. I called and asked if they will do a refund and they told me no. Well now we are back at our old pet store, they do offer refunds and samples. I feel of your going to pay a lot for something and it doesn’t workout, at least a partial refund. Just a heads up for other customers.

I freaking love this place. The people that work here are always so kind and helpful. I’ve come to this location for years and it has really started to be one of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to. They’re doing such great work! Discounted prices and sales!! Love!!! 💌🐾
