Tails Humane Society gifted us with the most incredible and fun-loving 7 year-old Chinweenie named Emma. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and needed lots of medical care. Tails trusted Bethany Animal Hospital to care for her so we did too. After two very short years with my canine soul-mate I found a lump under her arm. Within two days the hospital got us in and diagnosed her with lung cancer. A month later when Emma could no longer breathe Bethany Animal Hospital helped us give her the most gentle and calm good-bye. They were caring, empathetic, and supportive. We continue to drive 45 minutes each way for the absolute best care for our furry friends.

Full disclosure I have not brought any pets here (yet), however, I called asking about setting up a potential future service and Carrie Ann was super helpful, polite, and honest about the services they offered. I was blown away at the level of customer service she gave over the phone. After calling other clinics and being treated with disinterest and lack of care, talking to Carrie Ann was a breath of fresh air. If she is a reflection of the rest of the staff at Bethany Animal Hospital, then I absolutely feel confident bringing my pets here in the future!

I visited Bethany Animal Hospital for the 1st time with my pup, MYA. I arrived 30 minutes early for MYA's appointment and I expected to wait a bit which was fine with me. That wasn't the case. I was immediately greeted, checked in and taken to an exam room. The entire staff and the doctor were great. Staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor was very through and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed and MYA was like a little superstar with all the attention. I am very happy I chose Bethany Animal Hospital for MYA! THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL CARE! ♥️

We recently moved to the area from out of state and chose Bethany Animal Hospital based on reviews and the website, both of which were impressive for what I’d consider a smallish town. We’ve had three appointments and all were positive experiences that give me confidence we made the right choice for our family. Choose BAH, you will not be disappointed!

Our receipt: $83 for "comprehensive medical exam" (this is just a lie). $63 for cytology: they said they had no idea what the problem was until the charge was made, and then they said it was obviously, exactly, like the last time we came in, same maroon-purple discharge, so they actually DID know what it was even though they'd said they had no idea. They just wanted the $63 to look through the microscope, not to find out anything new. $68.70 tiny bottle of ear drops which they refused to put in for us unless we paid $25 more. Whut?? If they had been honest, they could have simply given us the treatment without the unnecessary "cytology," and the total would have been $63 less. They could also have actually done a "comprehensive exam" or avoid calling it that, which is completely dishonest.
