Beth Hurley Dog Training

Maggie (our Golden Retriever puppy) and our family had an excellent experience with Beth taking advantage of the puppy package option. Through multiple sessions at our home over a month, we were able to develop the best environment for her in our house (crate, play area, pen, etc) work our way through habits to set, learn multiple commands, and troubleshoot behaviors. Best of all was the easy homework, worksheets, and videos which helped the family and I to be trained ourselves, reinforce the learning, and have a lot of fun with Maggie doing it. Beth helped make it feel far more intuitive and manageable to build positive behaviors for our pup. (especially at a time we were wondering what we got ourselves into!) Beth came to my home to teach me how best to train my new puppy, Gracie. With a full time job, and many personal responsibilities- having a puppy brings joy and times of stress! Beth’s expertise allowed Gracie and I to learn together. I highly recommend Beth!

We have taken two sessions (puppy beginning obedience and intermediate obed) with our 4 mon old puppy; and Beth is terrific. We and our puppy have learned a lot and Beth is obviously gifted with animals. They love her and listen to her. We look forward to taking the "scent" session next!

We found Beth before we brought our puppy home. She’s been a phenomenal resource for our family. Beth gave us a ton of resources and helped guide us before even starting the puppy package. During our initial training Beth took the time to not only reach out puppy, but also troubleshoot puppy behaviors, and guide us to being better dog owners and communicators. Our puppy learned so much so quickly during the puppy package that we’re continuing training with Beth to really solidify and expand on all of the socialization, desensitization, and communication between us and our dog.
