Do not take your dog here. I have gone to this dog groomer for many years but over time the service got worse and worse. My dog is elderly and on many occasions was left in a cage for hours after the appointment was supposed to begin causing her distress. My dog came back with injuries and nicks on her tongue, eye, and skin moles on different occasions. The groomers didn't let me know this happened or apologize I only found out after the fact when I discovered the injuries. I would ask for one cut and she would come back with a completely different style. So unprofessional. I so gave many chances for them to redeem my experience and now I am working with another groomer. I am so disappointed by this that if I could give 0 stars I would.

She's always on time sometimes a little earlier to take the dog, and usually contact me right away when the dog is finished. She always comes out with a smile, it was a shame she had to go up and prices I didn't expect that, but she still worth it! Never had a problem with this woman she loves her dogs and she treats them very well. Good place to take your dog

This is in response to Elisha Anderson / Christina LeMay. She did not get her dog groomed by Best In Show. It's very unfortunate that she's posting these one star negative reviews on a business that is no longer here but is still very much in business. Best In Show is now in SeaTac. To be very clear, her dog was NOT abused in any way. My own puppy was whining, crying and complaining loudly and I yelled at her to be quiet. This is what Elisha/Christina heard. When she came in, I was putting her dog in a non heated kennel so I could clear my table to finish the dog. By the way, I don't own or use heated kennels. Dryers are room temperature air. I have taken my mini schnauzer there 3 times now. The first visit was wonderfully done good. The 2nd visit was OKAY. I decide to treat my boys to a spa (groomers) day , it was the worst experience I have EVER had. One of my boys was not touched AT ALL. The other one only had the top of his head clipped . Neither had a bath , blow dry , cut , NOTHING . There were people arriving and leaving at the same time so ,I did not inspect my dog thourghly before wife left . I had been satisfied enough to leave a tip before so, I left this groomer a$20. After this visit cost me a total of $125.00 , GROOMER SHOULD HAVE PAID ME $125.00 I had taken my boys there April 6th , 2017. I'm very disappointed that I 'm not able to write a pleasant review.

Alice did a good job! I just wish she trimmed more on his nose hair, other than that I am one happy mom!
