Dr. Quinn was the best! She was so thorough and treated my pets with care. Some clients are so harsh and expect miracles on this platform. Don't you know veterinary professionals have the highest suicide and depression rate? Maybe we should also take time to thank our professionals for doing everything they can for our pets. What I wanted was a good vet who listens and cares about my fur babies, and that is what I got at Best Friend's. My pets love her and are doing so much better under her care. I will keep coming back! if your pet is experiencing on going medical issues and you are still worried about them despite dr. quinn saying "she's ok", take them to a different one. about a month ago we brought up how our kitten was having diarrhea and wasnt eating as much. she took a stool sample and roughly pressed against her abdominal area, she said we'd get the results back soon; the results were "fine". then a few weeks ago she started having blood in her stools, so the vet prescribed anti biotics while also noting how she was "underweight" and said that our cat was a picky eater. we went back one more time for their next vaccines (hers and her sisters) the following week and still nothing improved, we had been mentioning multiple times how she was still having blood in her stools, not playing, doesnt jump, b

Dr. Quinn is the best! She’s always taken such great care of Ozzie over the years and has such a great bedside manner explaining complex things. He’s a really stressed and special boy and she’s given great recommendations and solutions! She’s the first vet he’s really enjoyed going to! Dr. Quinn for the win!

I ordered some medication from Chewy, as recommended by my vet, but the vet has been taking way too long to respond to the pharmacy. Because of this, my dog has been without her medication for an extended period. I called to ask if another doctor in the clinic could approve the prescription, but they told me there was no one else who could do it—and they were rude about it. I’ve been going to this vet for a long time, but after this experience, I’ve decided that I will no longer be using their services.

We’ve been clients of Best Friends for decades and have always received top-notch care for our beloved pet from their team. This afternoon we had to put our precious pup down and Dr. Quinn and her assistant Ty came to our home and made the experience so much better with their concern, patience, empathy, and knowledge. We highly recommend this clinic and thanks again for supporting us in a difficult time. We are very grateful.
