Best Friends Pet Hotel

The new staff is absolutely incredible. I was blown away with the love, compassion, connection and passion the staff members have for their jobs and our animals. When dropping off, two staff members came from behind the front desk and greeted my dog, got on her level and just praised and loved on her. Then another member from grooming came over and greeted her too the same way. The staff was so exemplary, they were able to get our rescue to open up and feel safe and secure in their presence and care. Thank you again for your service and expertise in animal care.

Midnight always has an amazing time at The Best Friends Kennel in West Berlin. The staff are always welcoming. Knowing that my dog is in great care allows me to enjoy my time away.

We've been taking our dogs to Best Friends for grooming / boarding for over 10 years. They are hands down the best! They always make sure our Doodle with anxiety is handled with care and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

This was Teddy's first time at Best Friends, and he absolutely loved it!! It was great watching Teddy on the pet cam being very social with the other dogs his size. The staff was great. I would highly recommend.
