Best Friends Pet Hotel

Both of my dogs love being boarded - we have to spell out Best Friends up until we are about to load them in the car otherwise they get too excited and are right on our heels until it is time to go. They are good about which dogs get along and rotating pups in and out due to personalities. The fact they are so happy to go it sets my mind at ease.

My Indie girl was at the Avon location, which she loved! We recently moved to Rockyhill so of course her mom was nervous about switching locations. The Rocky Hill team has been wonderful with her and made her transition smooth and flawless. We really appreciate you guys. The picture attached is how tired she is when she gets home from a busy day at camp!!

Been with them for over 15 years! They treat my pup(s) with such love and kindness, they really seem happy to be there! Good job with grooming to close out the stay.

They always take such good care of my pup; she gets so excited every time I drop her off. They also offer a bunch of different services including grooming and boarding which have also been great experiences for us and very affordable.

Pam does a wonderful job grooming my giant schnauzer. My pup always looks fantastic with the appropriate clip for her breed! Angela (manager) is always helpful when I come in to best friends.
