Best Friends Pet Hotel

Every time… And I mean, every time (without question) we board our dog at Best Friends, she comes home, happy, wiggly, and prancing. Especially at the Walt Disney World complex, the kennel experience has changed so much since the early oughts. Now, with this large dog hotel, I have confidence that my baby is being well taken care of, treasured, and kind of spoiled ~ which I don’t mind. 🥰 Four paws and two thumbs up 🐾🐾👍👍

A Wonderful Experience with Brandy at The Best Pet Friend (Disney World)! Brandon, a 4-year-old service dog, had an incredible grooming experience with Brandy, a professional and caring groomer at The Best Pet Friend in Disney World. Brandy worked her magic, transforming Brandon’s teeth from a very difficult condition to the healthiest they’ve ever been. Dental care is such an important part of a dog’s overall health, and Brandy truly delivered exceptional results. Polite, professional, and attentive—thank you, Brandy, for your outstanding work and dedication! 1000 Thanks for all you do for Brandon and of course for all the pets and pets parents.

Orso, had the most AMAZING time at Best Friends!! Most importantly, we have never been able to leave him without him making himself physically ill with anxiety and refusal to eat/drink. This time was different! The staff (including Niles, Rachel, Ellie, Valerie, and Brock... we love them all!) were so attentive and caring with him! Orso was eating and drinking the very first day! For the first time ever, we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our baby! They truly treated them like their own and showed him lots of love! 🥰 We received so many cute updates and pictures it is difficult to pick which ones to include here but the last one shows just how comfortable Orso became! 😂😂

Our Bully Babies had the BEST time at Best Friends Pet Hotel Disney. This was the first time we have EVER left them and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Best Friends Pet Hotel! As English Bulldog owners, we’re always extra cautious about who we trust with our pets due to the breed’s special needs and the unfortunate stories we’ve heard about bulldogs in other care facilities. But from the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced. What really gave us peace of mind was the ability to check in on our dogs via the video cam—such a great feature that made us feel connected and reassured while we were away. It was obvious that our pets were 100% cared for and comfortable the entire time. Thank you, Best

Thanks to Best Friends Pet Hotel, we were able to leave our Creami at daycare and enjoy our time at Disney World with total peace of mind. Knowing she was well cared for made our trip so much more relaxing. We truly appreciate the kind and attentive staff and would definitely trust them again!
