Best Friends Pet Hotel

Brody has been going to Best Friends Pet Hotel in Chaddsford, PA for at least 4 years and he loves it! Liz and Staff are amazing with Brody when he trains, plays in a group setting, and boards. He loves it! The staff is very knowledgeable to his needs and he loves the staff! Thank you Best Friends in Chaddsford, PA! We love you! Holly and Brody!

We have been boarding our dogs at Best Friends for 6 years and even when we moved 30 minutes away we still won't take them anywhere else. They keep notes on our dogs behaviors and give us a run down about how they did each stay. Our dogs are home bodies and always get nervous when we leave them but we know they get the attention they need when we drop them off and are always happy and healthy when we pick them up. They LOVE the staff and so do we! They are so kind and patient and they always kindly take my call when I want to check on my dogs and tell me how they're doing and what they have been up to. So grateful we have such a great place to care for our fur babies when we need it!

Our dog Fiona has been going to Best Friends Doggy Camp in Chadds Ford since July, and she absolutely loves it! Fiona was born deaf, and we were nervous about how she’d do in an open play space, but Liz and the team were amazing in helping her adjust. Now she’s a happy regular—excited to go every day and completely wiped out (in the best way!) when she comes home. We’re so grateful for the love and care the team gives her, and we love seeing her on Instagram too. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!

Our doggie has been ‘going to camp’ since he was a puppy and enjoys every one of his visits. Liz and her team are just so nice, responsive, and reliable. Best Friends Chadds Ford is terrific!

The staff is AMAZING! Liz and the team really care for every animal who walks through the doors, and it is obvious the dogs love them right back! I've never seen a dog or cat who isn't excited to come to Best Friends Chadds Ford. Whether boarding for two weeks or just popping in for Day Camp, Beau and Harley can't get enough of their best friends at Best Friends. The new enrichment activities have just upped the fun. I highly recommend for boarding or a day of play.
