The best very friendly staff. First time I had a cat groomed including bath and love the way he came out. Will definitely go back when he needs to be groomed again.

I have been boarding my dog with Best Friends in Bethany for years. I have a chaotic schedule and they are always accommodating me with little notice. I also appreciate they are always on top of his necessary vaccines and town registration, because it tells me they are practicing all safety and cautionary measures for the dogs they care for. I have not one complaint over the years. My dog loves camp and playing with the other dogs, he never hesitates to run inside when we arrive. The entire staff and our groomer there are wonderful. They even helped me with a few tips for training him when he was just a puppy!

What a lovely experience! You can tell the staff love caring for the pets. Boarded my cats for the first time here and it was a painless experience! I was expecially chuffed with the special Christmas dinner you could get for your pet! Very cute.

Shannon is a great groomer. She has a very nice way about her. My dog, who can be difficult, really likes her and allows her to groom him and cut his nails.

We have taken our Cavachon Chloe since she was a pup to Best Friends and she absolutely LOVES Shannon! Every single time she is groomed beautifully. Shannon treats Chloe with such kindness and compassion. There is no one else I would trust my sweet girl with. Highly recommend!!
