They stole my dog and said i had to pay $400 for a holding fee for 2 days and i couldn’t because i didn’t have enough.then they called me the day after i already left georgia and said i can come get him for $200.And for the 2 days they had him they weren’t answering my phone calls or voicemails then proceeded to lie and say he is 2 years old and has a broken leg when he had no broken leg and just turn a year.They are liars and stole my dog because he was a siberian husky my emotional support dog named loki they stole.

Very nice staff. Good location. Easy to find. Staff answers any and all questions you have. They work with you the best they can. Fix a pet working together with the HS is awesome. Good place to get animal help and resources.

I called them Monday and asked if they will hold a dog till we come next week? They told me If we came to meet her and fill out paperwork for the dog, they would hold her till her my Aunt who wanted. We drove over an hour away which they knew and then changed their story saying that they didn't say they would hold her even after asking about not paying yet they agreed at least until we took time off work and drove there they then said they didn't say that. The lady was rude and argumentive. The lady that handles the front desk however was very polite. Found out that the pup got adopted today. While I'm happy for her, I'm very upset about how poorly the one lady handled it basically calling us liers.

The staff here works so hard for the animals in their care. Their love for animals is undeniable. Often going above and beyond to make sure they are safe. They put their hearts into their jobs and you can tell. This will definitely be my #1 charity to support since they run on donations. If anybody is ever in need of a charity to donate to, I highly recommend Best friends Humane Society Worth in Poulan Ga!
