Best Canine Training LLC

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review from about five months ago. We recently had our second dog trained by Josh, and he once again exceeded our expectations! His expertise and genuine care for every dog he trains is remarkable. Both of our dogs are rescues with a history of abuse and some behavioral challenges as a result, but Josh has a unique ability to adapt his approach based on each dog's breed and specific needs. The transformation we've seen in both of our dogs has been incredible. We had an amazing experience with Best Canine Training and cannot recommend them enough. Our 12-week-old puppy, Maggie, completed the 3-week in-house stay and train program, and the results have been incredible. Joshua worked with Maggie on commands like sit, down, stay, heel, extended stay, wait, shake, exam, and so much more. She came home with a much calmer, more focused energy—while still keeping the same loving, warm, playful spirit we adore. Joshua and his wife are wonderful people with kind hearts and a genuine passion for what they do. Josh is extremely knowledgable and friendly. We brought our 5 year old Pomeranian to him to disprove the "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" saying. Our pom was having problems going potty in the house, and on his 2 week program not only have we not had a single accident since our boy came home, but he now knows various useful commands (leave it is very good for a little yapper to know, and "wait" works great when I step out of our room and don't want him jumping off the bed since his legs are too small to get back up) Not only this, but I did reach out to various dog trainers in the surrounding areas and Josh was the highest rated dog trainer out there, to top it off, he does NOT use a shock collar or prong collar like the others do, you also receive videos updating you on your pup's

After bringing home our sweet Golden Retriever, Remy, we decided to enrolled him in a three-week training program with Josh at Best Canine Training—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Remy worked on leash training, extended sit/stay, greetings, and overall manners. Throughout the entire process, Josh kept us in the loop with regular photo and video updates, which we really appreciated and it helped us learn along the way. Remy has always been a gentle, loving dog, but now he’s also incredibly well-mannered. Walks are calmer, greetings are more polite, and he listens with much more consistency. Josh with Best Canine Training LLC is absolutely amazing! He is communicative and kind throughout the whole puppy process! I was so appreciative of being able to see my baby I chose before he was ready to come home and Josh did a great job of keeping me in the loop. You can tell he genuinely cares about all of his dogs and they are all so loved and well taken care of. I would 100% get another puppy from him again.
