We went in to get a quote and to check out their carpet stock...which is very good btw. The sales person was out and we were assisted by a gentelman who I believe was in charge of estimates and installation. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed without a sales pitch....( I think im on to something....go to the guys in the back...quick and helpful). We had specific needs and on a budget so they were a little overpriced for us but not unreasonable. I would definitely recommend as they seemed very well stocked and the guys "in the back" knew their stuff.
We went into Best Buy Carpet looking for kitchen floor tile. We were really impressed by the selections and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back!
