I’m so glad we found this vet! We have taken our puppy here several times since adopting him and each time the entire staff is always so kind and caring. Dr. Douglass is so attentive, thorough and you can tell she really cares about your pet! We recently took our pup here for his neutering procedure and had a great experience. Very happy with the care and follow up they have provided.

We recently moved to the area and found out our 5 year old lab had kidney disease. Dr. Douglas and the staff at Berwick Animal Hospital were so kind to us and our pup and took excellent care of her. Dr. Douglas explained her diagnosis clearly both verbally and written, and we could truly tell that the whole staff loved our pup. They gently and kindly walked us through the end of life care and we are just so grateful to have ended up under their care. 100/10. Friendly, kind, loving, smart, helpful, understanding, plus the actual building is beautiful and clean. Everything you would want in a vet. Even on her last day our dog was so happy to see all the employees, and that speaks volumes. We only wish we would’ve moved here and met them sooner.

GREAT staff! My Pom-Chi was having postpartum issues keeping her energy levels up after a larger than average litter and had gotten so down she wouldn't eat. The wonderful staff at Berwick Animal Hospital made me feel at home, and made my fur-baby feel good again! I had just moved here and had nowhere to turn, so the fact that they went so far to help me is something I will never forget! Thanks to them we had a house full of happy, healthy, aDORable puppies, and a mommy who could handle them. She even got her girlish figure back afterwards! Can't say enough about this Animal Hospital and their staff! :)

Dr Douglas and staff are amazing. They took the best care of our little Yorkie Sophie. Everyone there is amazing, and I am so thankful that we found them when we moved here five years ago. The compassion that everyone there shows is fantastic. Even at the end when we had to say goodbye to our sweet baby they helped to make such an unpleasant situation, as bearable as it could be. Dr. Douglas has been treating my German Shepherd for about 3 years now. During his last wellness exam, she found a cyst and recommended following up on it after 8 weeks. During that appointment, she thought it would be best to aspirate it and send it off, so we did. The sample came back as Anal Sac Adencarcinoma - which was very scary! She recommended surgery with BluePearl immediately. With the referral, I was able to schedule his surgery within 2 weeks! After his CT, we found out that it was very aggressive but it was caught before it spread anywhere else. Because of Dr. Douglas’s experience, skillset, and thorough practices, I get to spend a few more years with my best friend! Thank you Dr. Douglas and BAH team!❤️
