Ive brought my three dogs here for 3 years and I’ve always felt they were a very cold office however my dog got sick last week and why I called three days after our initial visit to ask for a follow up since she was not getting better their response was “sorry we have no appointments take her to emergency if you want too”? What? You can’t fit me in for a 10 appointment that’s a follow up to the knit Al for a dog you’ve seen since birth? No office etiquette. Why build relationships with customers and patients do when they really need you you leave them flapping in the wind. Well people beware. If you are looking for a caring office for your family pets this is not the place for you

We moved to the area last year and did a lot of research for a new vet. We are so glad we found Dr. Lucyk and the team at Bernardsville Animal Hospital! Dr. Lucyk treats our dogs like her own and is super thorough. The entire team has a ton of empathy for difficult situations (both my dogs are terrified of the vet) and are very communicative of different approaches. Of the last 3 vets we have seen, she is the only one to recommend a different medication for our dog that has seizures- she used to have 1x seizure a month on her old medication (which we were formerly told was ok) - when Dr. Lucyk heard that she knew we could do better. Our dog has now been seizure free for 6+ months (knock on wood). All in all, highly recommend this team to take care of your fur babies!

I rarely take the time to write bad reviews but when your dog receives bad care it is hard not to. My dog went for her annual visit and was offered bloodwork to set a baseline for older dogs, she is 7. Upon completion of this I received a very alarming call that her thyroid and white blood count numbers were of concern. The vet was extremely rude when I asked questions, didn’t answer them , told me she may have cancer, and told me I needed an additional 400 dollar blood test. Startled I gave my credit card and waited with anxiety for the results… and waited… and waited. Eleven days later after i was fed up with no response I called and the blood test was never run. Never bothered to follow up or call me. After speaking to two more veterinary groups it sickens me that instead of giving fear

Dr Lucyk is absolutely AWESOME with the animals. You can see she loves the animals. We brought one of our house cats, and a new stray cat we just took in, and brought him here for shots, and neutering. She did a great job 😎👍

Dr. Natalie Lucyk and her team are truly exceptional. Dr. Lucyk is not only deeply knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Her staff is just as amazing—thoughtful, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
