The clinic is staffed with a lot of very nice and welcoming people, very efficient in keeping me posted of any delays and stages of all procedures. The Vets I interacted with explained the different tests, lab work, and the results, the options for treatment and and possible effects. Everyone treated me and my pets with care and compassion. Especially when having to make difficult decisions. I'm very happy with the services provided a I'm very confident that my furbabies will be in good hands.

I have 3 differently breed of dogs, 2 seniors and a two year old dog and I'm pleased with the care and attention the doctor snd staff provide. I would recommend Bernalillo Pet Care Center.

I called several places looking for a veterinarian that was taking new patients. I was so happy to be able to get my dog in for a visit at this location. The veterinarian and all of the staff were very friendly and informative. My Jack Russell who is usually very nervous was calm and relaxed!

Have taken my puppy for the last 2 months and they know her by name and nick name “wiggle butt”. She loves going there and they truly care about her. From the receptionist to the Vet Tech..they all care.

I've had a really good experience at the bernalillo pet Care center. Their vets are thorough, they listen, they have great advice, and they don't give contradictory advice, either, which is a problem I've had at a previous vet. I've particularly loved the vet techs there, who have been great with advice and seem to have a great line of communication with the vets. My dog is doing well now but had a really rough first year as he was the runt with a lot of digestive issues, and they were supportive throughout that challenging time. The waiting room is super tiny, but they're great about getting you into a room straight away, so I don't mind. In short, the best experience I've had with a veterinarian, highly recommended.
