We have a mini-bernadoodle, and he has very "kinky" hair that seems really hard to groom. We try to keep the matted furr down, but to no avail. After bringing him to BLPB he was soft and cuddly once again, and he got lots of compliments on his cut. I am sorry to hear that others had a bad experience hear as we know how hard it can be find a dependable dog groomer. We will continue to go here.

Unfortunately, our experience with this groomer has been both painful and disappointing. Our dog suffered an injury to his left leg during his last visit, which has completely changed our daily life — we now have to carry him around constantly — and it has also impacted us financially due to vet visits and treatment. What’s most upsetting is that Teresa, the groomer, never reached out to inform us of the incident. We had to call her ourselves to ask what happened, and her response was short, with no empathy or accountability. She simply said she “manipulated him” and ended the call quickly without offering any further explanation or concern. If I could give negative stars, I would. I took my 7-year-old Yorkie to this pet boutique, and what happened next has left my family heartbroken and facing thousands in vet bills. After his appointment, my dog came home limping and clearly in pain. We soon found out he had a ruptured ACL—a serious injury requiring $6,000 in surgery. What’s worse? The groomer never disclosed anything had happened. When I called to find out what was going on, she casually admitted to “manipulating” him very hard. That’s her word—manipulating. She never informed us at the time of the injury, didn’t offer any explanation, and then refused to answer further calls. I've been going to Theresa for many years. She does an excellent job with grooming my dogs and the other dogs that I see while there look beautiful. I've never been disappointed!

Teresa is great with my dogs and they always look REALLY good when they're done with her. I also appreciate how organized Teresa is, how inviting and cute her shop is, how you can view grooming if you want to, and how she always does what I ask. I don't consider going anywhere else, thanks Teresa !
