I have been to this place 2x I just purchased some items. I love the display of cookies and other treats. I really like the chill out treat for my dog. I sure will be returning back soon. The employee super nice.

Just had an adoption event for the Greater Chicago Cavalier Rescue at the Crystal Lake store. The manager, Carly, was terrific. Very helpful and accommodating!
Winston had a wonderful grooming experience! They took special care of him, including his smoosh nose & wrinkles since he’s a Pug😊 Communicated great on the timing & pick up/drop off was smooth. Highly recommend Bentley’s and will be back again!
