10000/10 service. We love it here. Lexi helped us find the perfect pair of snow booties for this silly little girl. They have the most gorgeous bougie doggie winter coats too which we admired but didn’t buy. Great selection or everything for pets and high quality, health focused.

Whole staff was lovely and helpful but I have to specifically talk about how amazing and helpful Heather was. Went above and beyond just good customer service- gave us so much good advice regarding both our reptiles and our interest in getting tarantulas. She’s honestly a better resource than the internet & has so much experience caring for these incredible creatures. I was actually specifically sent to her by a different pet shop because they knew she’d have the answers and advice I was looking for. Very cool person, very kind, and an incredible resource. I feel very lucky to have been connected with her within a couple days of moving to the area. So much gratitude to Heather and the whole staff! Thanks so much to all of you! ☺️

starting coming here after adopting my first dog from the shelter. Been in a few times this week and our experience has always been pleasant. The nice man at check out has given great advice and we’ve started an account. will definitely be continuing to shop here for all our dogs needs :)

What a clean and friendly place to go to. We used to wash our dogs at other places that I won’t mention, this is by far the cleanest. They clean up after each wash!! Highly recommended, plenty of room to clean even the biggest of dogs.

Best self-serve dog bathing station in the capital region! Very well organized and taken care of.
