Five stars is not enough for this veterinarian. I came in extremely hesitant after a heartbreaking experience at another clinic. I had already paid a $150 emergency comprehensive exam fee elsewhere, only to be told that my dog would receive absolutely no treatment or medication unless I agreed to hundreds — potentially thousands — of dollars in additional testing. We left that appointment in tears, with my dog still in pain and no help provided. When this doctor was recommended to me, I was honestly nervous to try again. The moment you walk through the door here, though, the entire atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. He personally answers his phone, offers guidance freely, and truly listens. Dr Linsley is a long time Veterinarian! This Dr is unlike any you will ever find! He runs clinic/hospital entirely on his own including answering the phone! His office is first come first served 5 days a week, no staff meaning low overhead and he has the absolute lowest rates for any service. I took my Sassy there for her passing and it was hard on me but he did everything including sending her home in the most beautiful box with an embroidered drawstring bag with her ashes and a poem and a card! He has also treated my other dogs dental issues. I would go to this clinic above any even if I had the means because he is so kind and truly loves animals! Excellent Dr!

Definition of a reliable, no-frills veterinary office. The vet is incredibly kind, patient, and truly cares about every animal that comes through the door. The atmosphere isn’t flashy, but the quality of care is solid and reassuring.. easily the best value in the area. It’s a walk-in clinic, so expect to wait a bit depending on how busy he is. If you want friendly service, fair prices, and a vet who takes their time with your pet, this is a great place to go. I'm beyond impressed with the care at Ben Lomond Veterinary Clinic! I've had some not-so-great experiences at other clinics, so I was a bit anxious bringing my dog, who's usually wary of strangers. To my surprise, he didn't bark or growl and didn't even need a muzzle, which I had fully expected. The vet was incredibly quick and experienced, putting both me and my dog at ease. What a relief! The affordability of the care was another huge plus. It's such a comfort knowing I've found a place where my animals can get the care they need without breaking the bank. It's clear that the vet genuinely cares about animals; you can see it in his approach, and so can the animals themselves. This will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on. I'm so grateful to have found a place I trust completely.
