I had a LOVELY experience while here. They took me in immediately and my dog had a pyometra. They were able to speak to me and accomodate a budget that i could afford. I felt that the doctor has compassion for me case over just making money (which is how you normally feel going to most hospitals) The front desk staff was also incredible, when our pay plan had issue she called the bank and yelled at them big time for not helping me properly. I would absolutely come back here (I hope I don’t have to too soon)

I lost my healthy cat after bringing her to this place for being simply less energetic. We brought in our 4 years cat, and over a two week period the doctor repeatedly failed to properly diagnose her. The diagnosis kept changing: from SEVERE gingivitis (which other vets disagreed with), to SEVERE arthritis (which also other vets disagreed with), to recommending removal of all her teeth 😳, to a brain problem, to a “rare condition” he claimed to be familiar with, and finally severe constipation. Throughout this time, she was continuously given STEROID without proper diagnosis. Instead of improving, she start to have serious symptoms. She began fainting and passing out, and in the end, we lost her. We trusted this clinic to help our pet, and instead we watched her significantly decline whi

I brought my dog here on Saturday, November 6th around 6 to 7 PM after he was hit by a car. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, the staff took my dog straight to the back and placed him in a cage without checking his condition. I was told I needed to complete paperwork and pay the $99 initial visit fee before the doctor could see him. When the doctor arrived, there was little sense of urgency or compassion. When I asked what pain medication would be administered, he questioned if I worked in the field and told me I wasn’t going to tell him how to do his job. The entire interaction felt cold and dismissive, and I did not feel my dog was receiving appropriate emergency care. We decided to take our dog to Crossroads Animal Hospital instead, where he was immediat

It was truly a great experience to visit this place. It was the only Vet in my area that closed at 12am so, I decided to give it a try. Prices are somewhat affordable usually similar to other vet charges but, what I really liked from this place is the front desk receptionist. She was very helpful and supportive and during a tough time it makes you feel less agitated. I would also like to share that my 6 week old puppy survived, thank you guys !!!!!!

I came to this hospital in an emergency with my almost dead dog 🥺 We were walking in the park as usual and suddenly she was barking with a lot of pain and we didn't know what was wrong with her, and suddenly she collapsed and we had to do CPR on her as we arrived at Bellwood animal hospital, they managed to revive her and save her life, they They did blood tests and x-rays to find out what had happened. They were very patient with us, they explained her procedures and allowed us to see her as soon as possible and that gave us peace of mind to return home to rest. We had to leave her for observation and the next morning they returned her alive, stable and bathed.
