I've had a fantastic experience with Belltown Dog Walker. The team is incredibly friendly and clearly loves what they do. From the start, Jack's communication has been excellent—Jack and my walker, Mel, always keep me updated and are quick to respond if I have a question or need to make an adjustment. My dog waits by the front door for Mel around the time of his walk - even when I'm home and have just walked him! Walking with her has made him more confident being downtown and being a city dog! It’s such a relief to know my dog is in good hands with people who are reliable, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog walkers.

Jack was very quick to respond to my email and setup a free consultation. He was able to dogsit/walk our pup the next weekend no problem. Belltown does background checks for every employee and has a host of certifications on their website. Jack was very courteous, professional, and accommodating; he sent frequent texts with pictures and a quick note about his visit. Belltown Dog Walker's pricing and services are clear and fair with no hidden fees - and all charges are emailed in a receipt and available online. It was our first time using a dog walker, and we were very nervous, but Jack and his team did an amazing job and we will continue to use them in the future!
