Unprofessional, Rude, and Encouraging Illegal Activity We rented a trailer to help our aunt clear defensible space at her vacation home just two days after a 100+ acre fire burned nearby. The dump refused us because our IDs didn’t match her address, so U-Haul customer service told us we could return the trailer dirty and pay a cleaning fee. At this location, the employee not only refused, acted visibly aggravated, and cussed at us, he also told us to “just dump it in the forest down some dirt road or something.” That’s illegal, dangerous, and wildly irresponsible given the fire risk in our area. I will never rent from this location again and will be reporting this behavior to U-Haul corporate and local authorities. Such a gem Steve was.

This was the most excellent experience I have had working with a uhaul rental. This is also my second time renting a trailer from Belinda and Steves Feed because my last experience was so wonderful. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Clean equipment, professional and very friendly people to work with.

We returned our U-Haul truck to this location today and they made it so easy! They were also very friendly and welcomed us to the area! We will definitely be going back for our animal feed just because of the way we were treated! Good job!!
