Love this place and the people. When your dogs want to go to a groomer and the people treat them great it's a definite win !! My dog loves it here !!

Staff are friendly & professional. The shop is very clean. Joyce did wonderful with Chloe.

I can't say enough...the most pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. My Sprout-doggy wasn't the least bit reluctant to stay & allow me to leave. He immediately warmed up to the groomer's hubby along with everyone else. I wasn't counting the minutes, as I typically do at the other place. The results? Let me tell ya...we groom for comfort, not cute but we got both!!! Idk how she did it but he didn't look "sheared" as per our usual...no, he looked absolutely adorable and I think he knew! This was my first experience but will not be my last. Price? Near 50% LESS than I have been paying 😏 Take your pet, give 'em an opportunity to wow you too 🐾 ❤

We were passing through Wytheville this week and our 3-year-old Chiweenie needed a nail trim. We stopped by, and they took such loving care of our little guy — his nails were done quickly, gently, and with so much kindness. We truly appreciated the warm, caring service. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and wonderful job!! Joyce is so awesome and my sweet pup was so happy and looks super- it was his first grooming and he loved her and his new look!!!!
