Bedtime Tails Luxury Pet Hotel

Booked a night at this luxury hotel after a recommendation from my best friend Ursa. Will definitely stay here again! I had so much fun and my room was soooo comfy. Everything was clean and there’s lots of space. I really enjoyed the quiet wooded location but it was easy for my dad to drop me off, right off 301. They also offer spa services which I will take advantage of when I’m here for a longer stay. 10/10 I can’t wait to come back! -Eve

Kathy has been a wonderful caretaker of our dogs for years! She loves them as much as we do!! She is a joy to work with and very knowledgeable about all things four-legged!!

They blew us off and gave us the wrong time to drop off our dogs and the gate was LOCKED!! When we called in a panic, they didn’t answer the phone. Finally got a call back from a very rude lady saying we had the wrong time and yelled at me while I was trying to find a solution. We found a very good solution … another boarding facility!!! We felt the locked gate was a warning from God not to board our dogs there. They didn’t call us when they said we had the wrong time, like “Hey, where are you?” and they didn’t call us back when we had the courtesy to call and leave a message saying we found a different kennel, like “Hey, sorry for the mistake”. Lack of communication! Plus, the phone was “out of area” a few times, which means if they try to contact you about your fur-baby, they won

We have been going to BTT for 6 years now and it’s so sad to say that we will not be going back. It was clean in the beginning now it should get O- Stars. We love that our pets are treated well there. Our dog was so happy when we made the turn to go into their driveway but happy to get home. The owner is very knowledgeable about pet care but maybe not in the up keeping of her facility. Wishing them well in the future. Maggie S.

Our rescue dog Peanut has had three owners and has been in three shelters before we adopted her. Bedtime Tails is exceptional. Peanut had her own private room with a raised platform type bed which we put her pet bed on top. She was taken out 5 time each day to play with dogs her own size. The last outdoor play time is around 8 pm at night. For a small fee they will give your pet extra attention and even doggie ice cream (the treat is not really ice cream and has no sugar. Specially made for dogs) Peanut got here treat at noon. She had her own dog food twice a day along with a little doggie ice cream at noon. A few of her dog biscuits after each play time.
