This place is great. Very clean. And they are great with our dog Charlie. I have never had a problem getting Charlie in. I have a problem cutting Charlie's nails. I ask Marci and she cuts them for me. She is great. I love the fact that her children play with Charlie. You need a place for you pet, this is the place.

I would highly recommend Bed & Biskit LLC for your boarding needs. We have taken our two Springers there for a few years now and they always have a very positive experience! Marcie is very kind, caring and accommodating to our needs; especially after one of our dogs suffered from a spinal cord injury and lost some strength and mobility in her right rear legs and foot. I was hesitant about kenneling her again after her accident but knew that I could trust Marcie to give her the care she needed. Our dogs are always happy and relaxed when we pick them up which is very important to me! The facility is extremely clean and comfortable and overall, a very pleasant environment for our pets. Left our dog here for 6 nights and 7 days. Asked to receive daily updates via text/email and didn’t get one update the entire time. Called twice to check in on our dog and ask if he was doing ok, they replied “I THINK he’s doing ok.” When we picked him up we asked if he had eaten and they responded “I think he ate a little.” Out of 7 days, not knowing if our dog was eating or getting attention/excercise is concerning, to say the least. Very upset with the experience, and our dog was very eager to leave.
