Bed bath and biscuit grooming and boarding

I took boarded my dog w/Lisa while I was working 10 hour days out in Glen St. Mary, Florida. Lisa and her team loved my dog like she was their own! Everyone morning my dog would jump out of the car and run to their front door so excited and ready to start her day. Lisa’s daily charge to board my dog could have hurt me financially, but she chose not to do that. Lisa was reasonable and did not take advantage of my work situation and charged me a reasonable daily fee. I will never forget Lisa and everything that she did for me and I am proud and more than grateful give Bed, Bath and Biscuit a 5 Star review:):).

They completely ruined my Australian shepherds coat! She had a beautiful full coat with feathers on her legs and she shaved her all the way around the same length. This is not how you are supposed to trim and Aussie. She also told me $42 before I left her and when I went to pick her up she told me it would be $52 and lied so she could get more money. Then instead of charging me $42 she said she would charge me $52. Do not take your dog here! I haven’t had any problems before and now I will have to look for a new groomer because I will never return to this business.

When we first started taking our animals to this place, we had absolutely no problems. They were amazing. The last time I took my animals into them my one dog came home scared as hell would not come out from under the bed, and the other one had been gouged with the clippers. Unfortunately, I could not take another chance for them to traumatize my dogs so I took them somewhere else, and so far so good.

We have used Bed bath and biscuit grooming and boarding a few times for boarding and other services over the last couple years. I always felt comfortable leaving my dogs with them. Jack is insulin dependent twice a day, 14yrs old, and on a special diet.They have always taken care of him. Today when I picked up my babies from an 2 day overnight stay, my wife noticed thay the food and treats we provided wasn't used, and they returned the UNUSED syringes of insulin provided for the 2day stay. We also requested bath and nail trimmed on both dogs which was not done on either dog. Upon getting home Jack drank so much water due to not having his insulin for two days. If i could give a negative star i would. I plan on talking to the owner tomorrow when they are open again. I will NEVER use or reco

When it comes to groomers there's not too many around like this one this is a five-star groomer I guarantee she definitely knows what she's doing all you got to do is give her a shot at it and you'll see what I'm talking about on this review even the pets love her what more can I say I definitely recommend
