Bed and Biscuit

I boarded my dog here 3 times. Everything was great the first two but during the third stay my dog sustained a laceration injury. See photos of what it looked like when we picked her up. I was told that while they had all the dogs running around outside, one of them barked and spooked my dog bad enough to impale herself on a part of their fence. I have no way of knowing if that’s true but the wound was big. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the kennel owner blamed my dog stating that she suffers from anxiety. She did take my dog to a vet-her vet, and she had him recommend that my dog is put on medication for anxiety. Let’s pretend for a moment that my dog is that anxious (she’s not). This was her third boarding here and they were familiar with her, so why would they let her run around w

We love bed and biscuit - we used to live nearby, but now live in Chicago and still drive our dog out to stay with Kendra when we go away. He is always well taken care of and is happy to jump out of the car when we arrive. He once had a medical issue while staying with Kendra and she took great care of him: taking him to the vet, taking photos for us, and meticulously giving him his medicine until we got back

Kendra and her staff were kind and accommodating with our puppy during his 1 week stay. Very professional, well-managed business with competitive pricing for services. We will certainly trust Bed and Biscuit with care of our furry family again!
