They do a great job with our dog, he loves going to the groomer! Becky and her crew are the best. Not overly expensive and customer service is wonderful. We are frequent customers and would not go anywhere else.
I called Becky’s on a Monday. Tuesday Becky’s called me and we set up an appointment for Friday at 1:45pm. Somewhere between Tuesday and Friday they LOST my phone number to cancel the appointment. I never got notified. It’s 80 miles round trip for me. Not very professional. Becky wanted to reschedule for next week . I spent $20 in gas so I would be out $40 and still not have my dog’s nails done and that’s not counting the cost of the clipping. I will NEVER go back.
Becky’s is not easy to get an appointment because she has so many loyal customers. And that’s for a good reason—she’s the best dog groomer around. Hands down!
I use to take my little toy poodle precious to her before she passed away, Becky and her staff do an amazing job...
