I only needed a very small amount of carpet for my antique booth. Wanda was great! She showed up all around the warehouse and was very patient as I was very indecisive. She was a pleasure to meet. I got exactly what I needed for a great price.

We stopped here and they were extremely helpful. We only needed 50 sq ft of carpet for our camper. This place has a ton of carpet tiles if you are I. The market for that. Sticky back or commercial grade. We got 72 sq ft (one box minimum) for $48. You can’t beat that.

After much research we finally decided to carpet our garage with commercial grade carpet tiles. After searching locally and on line we decided the best way to buy what we wanted was to go to Dalton Ga (the carpet capital) and find our tiles. When you drive through Dalton on I75 you see numerous signs for carpet/flooring outlets so we just started looking. First place had a sign on the door that their showroom was closed for covid19 (5 years ago). And the rest of the places were all bad. Nobody stocked anything. They told us they could get anything in a day or two from the factories. We were ready to buy with cash in hand. Some people were downright rude. Some quoted the same prices as the stores back home. We were about to get back on I75 and go home when we came across Becklers. We though

Not recommended. Few weeks ago me and my family stopped at the show room. Someone from the desk got up and came over to us. Soon as I mentioned what we were looking for (Carpet and hardwood), he immediately mentioned that they most likely don't have it and asked us to go to another location across the bridge, did not even offer us to browse. Quickly looking at the items they had on display mostly we would have found what we needed here. We had no option and walked out, went to another location and got what we wanted. Who turns down customers nowadays, we spent nearly 10k in flooring at another showroom that same day.

I purchased carpet a couple of months ago. I purchased Shaw Harbourfield II. It was the exact same carpet and same color that I had in my house for 28 years. It was a trackless carpet that I loved so I ordered the same thing. However, the carpet that was delivered to me was quite different. It’s not trackless nor.is it as durable. I worked with my sales agent for a lengthy time before ordering as well as after receiving something quite different. I was asked to try the carpet a little longer but this is NOT a trackless carpet. The installer contracted me out to another contractor and my experience has been a nightmare. I have called back several times since my agent is no longer with the company but I have not been able to resolve this matter. Seemingly, I am stuck with a bad deal. I ther
