Beaumont Boarding & Day Care

*WARNING: my dog got KENNEL COUGH here* When we dropped our dog off at this facility we felt nervous and had a bad feeling. We were on a schedule so couldn't relocate our dog, so we had to leave her. While she was boarded I called every day (sometimes twice in one day) to check on her and someone picked up every time, told me she was fine. The day we picked her up she was unusually fatigued. The next day she started showing signs of kennel cough, even though she is up to date on her bordetella. It's been two days and she has not had anything to eat, has eye discharge and is coughing terribly. I've tried calling 20+ times a day and they don't answer and they have no voicemail. If they knew another dog boarded had kennel cough they should have warned me, it's too obvious to claim they didn't

I got sentence for a work release program and I was sent there to do my work release let me tell you guys this place is nice the staff is nice and professional they know what they're doing and they treat the animals real nice me like a business owner I will definitely recommend this place to take your animals keep up the good work girls sincerely Frank Alvarez

We have adopted 2 wonderful GSPs from them. Their compassion and dedication to placing the right dog with the right owner is unmatched

I have a very spoiled dog and am particular about how he's handled, fed, etc and the staff here did everything I asked to a T. They let him have his favorite things from home to make him feel safe too. They always take great care of my boy every time I use them. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. We dropped out dog off with medication and the medication was not given, his nightly treat not given and he appeared as if he had not been fed. Will not be returning
