Disappointed with the lack of a response. I brought a small puppy there that was abandoned, tied to a fence without water or shade in the Texas sun. I was told that the earliest that they could take the puppy in would be six days later. I chose to keep the dog. She is a well-rounded puppy with lots of energy and love to give. Sad that my tax dollars contribute to this. Just another example of why I am moving from Beaumont Texas.

I really appreciate officer Moore for her professionalism . I’m am aware of how tough these officers job is but officer Moore still made time for our situation and moved pretty quickly Thank you 10/10

I lost my boy of 14 years in February. I saw Cassidy on the noon news and knew he sent her to help heal my heart. She is now Dolly and is perfect in every way. Please consider adopting a new member of the family from them. Thank you for everything you do to save them.

Great staff working hard to help dogs and cats find their fit in a loving forever home.

Moved to the area recently an have constantly called on 4 dogs being neglected an fighting with each other. It gets pretty bad an the animal control officer that comes out is absolutely worthless. Doesnt do anything to help these poor babies. We are afraid one is so aggressive a child in the area is going to get attacked. Looks like these animal control officers need to be fired for not doing their job correctly.
