Always a great experience. They take such good care of our dog. When it was time for our Delphi, they made her last few moments as pleasant as possible. And they care so much about us as well as our other dog Dixie - the biggest baby on planet earth. I recommend their service 100%

Excellent staff. Very caring and i know their profession. They take emergency walk ins during normal operating hours. They also provide a mobile service to your location. I have older dogs who cannot get in and out of why vehicle.And they're too heavy for me to lift... This is a blessing. One of my dogs required surgery, the removal of an I that developed a hole, she's a really old dog...they did an excellent job. I felt the fee were very reasonable. As well as there office fees. The telephone staff is very friendly and helpful.

We love bringing our 2 cats here for their annual checkups. They are very caring and love on them like they are their own pets.

Short, as long as you agree with what ever Dr says, we're good. Her main concern is the DOLLAR. I disagreed with them and her front desk whined, so she punished my pet for my disagreement, would not see my animal again. The frosting on the cake she told others that we did not love our 10 year animal because a $3000+ operation was not a good idea for this animal

Dr James is great. Everyone is involved in taking care of our dogs and they even board animals as well.
